RULES OF COMPETITION
1.- RULES OF COMPETITION:
It will follow the current within the Football Association, without prejudice to the exceptions to which reference is made in these rules and regulations.
2. SYSTEM OF COMPETITION:
The 1st phase will be comprised of one groups of ten teams that will play a first round, all against all. At the end of the first round, the four teams best clasificated will play the 2nd phase (semi-fina match).
The team which win the semi-finals will play the final
The 1st phase will consist of two groups of 4 teams will play one another. At the end of this first round the first team of each group will play the final (2nd Stage).
The second team classificates will play the match for the third position
The 1st phase will be played by a group of four teams playing each other. At the end of this round robin the top two will play the finnal (2nd Stage).
3. DURATION OF THE GAMES:
Category: U11 and U13.
1st Stage: We played games one time of 25 minutes (without rest).
2nd phase (final): We played two times of 25 minutes each, with a break for 5 minutes. In the event of a draw (equalize), there shall be throwing penalties (5 per team).
Category: U15
1st Stage: We played games one time of 30 minutes (without rest).
2nd phase (final): We played two times of 30 minutes each, with a break for 5 minutes. In the event of a draw (equalize), there shall be throwing penalties (5 per team).
Category: U18
1st Stage: We played two times of 40 minutes.
2nd phase (final): We played two times of 40 minutes each, with a break for 10 minutes. In the event of a draw (equalize), there shall be throwing penalties (5 per team).
Category: Girls
1st Stage: Tennis matches played two halves of 30 minutes.
2nd phase (final): We played two halves of 30 minutes each, with a break for 5 minutes. In case of tie, the shootout will proceed to launch (5 per team).
4. NUMBER OF PLAYERS IN RECORD:
The number of players is unlimited.
5. CHANGE OF PLAYERS:
U11, U13 and U15: It may make free-form. In this case, a change must be requested from the Delegate of changes, who allowed when the player who is going to be totally replaced has left the field, by the Center of the same. If this were not so, the Delegate of changes, you can draw the attention of the referee, who punished with yellow card to the two players involved in the change. A player may leave and re-enter on a limitless
U18 & Girls. It may make up to nine changes per team over the game. The way to make changes is the same as has been established to U11, U13 and U15 with the exception that a player replaced can not go back to re-enter the game.
6. PRESENCE OF THE TEAMS IN THE PITCH:
The teams will be ready in the field to start their matches 10 minutes before the scheduled time as a starting point in the official calendar of the tournament.
7. CLOTHES IN EACH MATCH:
In case of coincidence in the colors of the T-shirt, the team in first place in the official calendar, played the game with his first kit and appearing in his second Secondly used equipment.
8. MATCH TIME:

9. SYSTEM OF QUALIFIED IN FIRST PHASE:
In case of a draw (equalize) on points in the first phase, the qualifying system will be governed by the following rules:
1th The best goal difference.
2th The best number of score goals.
3th Less goals conceded.
3th Fifth score between the teams involved..
4th Draw (Raffle).
10. SANCTIONS:
Every player during a match will show RED CARD directly, not play the next match (with the exception of those considered to be technical), and will take into account the subsequent decision of the committee TOURNAMENT
11. SYSTEM OF PENALTIES:
If equalize to scores a match of the FINAL (FINAL), the winner of the same will be decided through SYSTEM OF PENALTIES, followed by the next FORMULA:
- Was throwed 5 PENALTIES per team, with the victor to more goals had changed.
-If at the end of these throwes, both teams had converted the same number of penalties, will continue throwing one at a time, alternately, until some of the equipment malfunctioned.
- No player may return to throw a penalty until all the players who ended the match have throwed their own. Should further draw, it would throw in the same order they started, and alternately successively occurred until the denouement.
12 . COMMITTEE FOR COMPETITION
There will be a COMMITTEE ON COMPETITION ensure that the FAIR PLAY at all times, and resolving any punishing infractions or abnormalities might occur over TOURNAMENT.
Decisions of the COMMITTEE ON COMPETITION will be INAPELABLES.
13.- LEGISLATION SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT FOR FOREIGN OR OUTSIDE THE COMMONWEALTH OF MADRID.
DOCUMENTATION: Whatever outlined above::
-PHOTOCOPY OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY PAPER OR SIMILAR
-Identity Card Or PASSPORT WITH PHOTO.
-COMMUNICATION (LETTER OR TELEGRAMA) EXPRESS OF DATE AND TIME OF ARRIVAL IN OUR TOWN.
14. ACCEPTANCE OF STANDARDS
All participating teams agree to the different rules of the tournament and rules for each of the categories that make up the same.
IMPORTANT ADVICE.
Given the large number of matches that are played, the teams are requested to the more timely, in order to avoid delays and the touenament can take place within the schedules.
